Protein pancakes

Nutritional values / 1 pancake (out of 6):

Calories: 130 kcal

Carbohydrates: 15 g

Protein: 10 g

Fat: 4 g

Fiber: 2 g

 

Ingredients (for 6 pancakes):

  • 2 eggs1 ripe banana
  • 30 g protein powder (vanilla or natural)
  • 40 g oatmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 ml plant-based milk (e.g. almond)
  • pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • a bit of coconut oil for frying

 

Quick preparation:

 

1️⃣ Blend all the ingredients into a smooth batter.

2️⃣ Heat a pan with a bit of coconut oil.

3️⃣ Scoop portions of the batter and fry on medium heat for about 2–3 minutes on each side.

 

And you're done! No sugar, no wheat flour, but with a good dose of protein and energy! 🥰Serve with plain yogurt, fruits, or nut butter.
