Healthy oatmeal fit pizza with fruits

Nutritional values per serving:

Calories: 270 kcal

Carbohydrates: 38 g

Fiber: 7 g

Protein: 14 g

Fat: 4 g

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats (80 g)

  • 1 banana (~120 g)

  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (5 g, optional)

 

Additions:

  • 100 g cottage cheese (low-fat)

  • 50 g 2% natural yogurt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • fruits (e.g. 50 g strawberries + 30 g blueberries)

 

Preparation:

  • Mash the banana in a bowl, add oats and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth.

  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet, shape into a circle (~20 cm in diameter).

  • Bake at 180°C for 15–18 minutes, until the edges are golden.

  • Mix cottage cheese with yogurt and cinnamon, spread on the pizza.

  • Top with fruits.
