Delicious Easter eggs

Nutritional values per 1 egg:

Calories: 70 kcal

Carbohydrates: 3 g

Fiber: 0.5 g

Protein: 6 g

Fat: 4 g

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 100 g natural yogurt (or low-fat cottage cheese)

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: ½ teaspoon turmeric for color

 

Preparation:

  • Boil eggs until hard boiled (about 8-10 minutes), cool in cold water.

  • Peel eggs, cut in half, remove yolks.

  • Mash yolks with yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Add chives and turmeric (optional).

  • Fill egg whites with the mixture.

  • Chill for 15-30 minutes before serving.
